More Flip Flops
I made this one for my friend's daughter, it is Princess G.'s birthday presents to her.They are about 2 months apart, so it is always nice watching them interact with each other...They did take turn been scare of each other, but they are so cute together!
My friend really like brown and pink... I really like how this one turned out and can't wait to finish the "mommy and me" set that I am making for Princess and I.

Tie,Skirt and...why not...a little tote bag too.
On Thursday night ( the time I can get anything done) I made the kiddos some matching tie, skirt and a little tote bag ( she got to have something to carry her big eyes puppies). I went to Hobby Lobby and got some cute matching fabrics and got to work. I must say, I really like how they turned out and IN LOVE WITH THE COLOR...Don't want to toot my own horn but, toot toot...They look awesome and even better on the kids.A little more practice and I will be ready to make Princess G her cheerleading outfit, I just need to learn to make top which I will be working on next.
I REALLY REALLY LOVE how the skirt turned out. I am starting to get better at making up my own pattern and also that is a really easy thing to do for me, other than trying to understand a pattern that looks like is writing in a language I don't understand.
.As always here are the cutie proudly sporting their new outfit made specially for them :)

Turning $1 flip flop into FA-BU-LOUS!
Two days ago, my hubby ( he always bring the kids stuff when he goes out) got a couple of flip flops for Princes G. but I wasn't going to let her wear them so plain and simple, right?!...So, I decide to girly them a bit and add SOME PERSONALITY on those bad boys. I LOVE how they turned out and Princess G. LOVES THEM EVEN MORE ( she only tried to take the bows off once, but we talk about that and concluded that the bows are here to stay, hehehe)
Plain and ugly simple flip flop and an hour later...
Totally FABULOUS!
